 \, 2018\, as Robert Ratonyi shares his story.This event is free to attend
  and open to the public. RSVP here.\n\nRecommended for grades 5 and up. 
 \n\nRobert Ratonyi was born in Budapest\, Hungary. In November 1940\, Hung
 ary joined Nazi Germany in the Axis alliance. In March 1944\, German force
 s occupied Hungary. Life for Robert and his family changed dramatically in
  October 1944 when the fascist Arrow Cross party orchestrated a coup and t
 ook control of the Hungarian government. Robert was just 6 years-old when 
 his parents were taken in a round-up of Jews.\n\nThis program is presented
  in cooperation with Georgia College Hillel.
