Your Personal Privacy: Our Policy

Friends of the Georgia Holocaust Commission, Inc. (”GHC”) uses personal information you provide to us solely to process your donation and to communicate with you about your gift and GHC news.  Except as stated in this policy, GHC will not sell, share or trade our donors’ names or personal information with any other entity, nor send mailings to our donors on behalf of other organizations.

We do share information with our third-party service providers as necessary to run GHC business.  For example, we use a third-party payment processor to process donations.  We share donor information, and allow the service provider to use that donor information, only as necessary to process the donation.  We may also disclose personal information in connection with grant applications or as required by law.  This policy applies to all personal information you submit to GHC, both online and offline, on any platform, including our website and mobile applications, as well as any electronic, written, or oral communications between you and us.  GHC is based in Georgia and will treat your personal information in accordance with this policy and applicable United States laws.  We may update this policy from time to time without advance notice to you.
