Booking requests must be submitted a minimum of 3 weeks prior to the requested display date.

All bookings will be arranged only by the Georgia Commission on the Holocaust; no third party may request the exhibit from a borrower to whom it is already on loan.

After a booking request is submitted and reviewed by Georgia Commission on the Holocaust staff, the borrower may be asked to submit additional information such as but not limited to: floor plan of proposed exhibit display space, standard facility report, directory of host institution staff involved with exhibit display, and general information about host institution for press and promotional purposes. 

Before submitting a booking request, please complete the following:

  1. Please read the Borrower's Information Packet.

  2. Review the current tour schedule to ensure the exhibit is not already booked during the dates you would like to request.

  3. Once you have read and agree to the requirements listed in the packet, please proceed to the next page of this booking request by clicking the ''Begin'' button below. Please note that requests must be sent a minimum of 4 weeks prior to the preferred display date. Please be aware that the Georgia Commission on the Holocaust is busiest from February through May. For requests during this season, we encourage you to submit your request two to three months in advance.
